As the buyer you may return merchandise to Pawsandclaws.ie by composing an email to us or phoning us inside 14 working days of purchase, you can reach us through our contact page or contact number 02547112 Merchandise must be unused and undamaged.

Your rights to return merchandise are secured under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at EU Distance Selling Directive.

If you change your mind and wish to return the merchandise inside the 14 day time span, please call or email us at bark@pawsandclaws.ie The item must be in a resalable condition and sent back in its original packaging. All items should be checked on arrival for damage. Failure to do so in the event that an item is damaged may affect the claims process.
